And it starts with the most important of all....access to all available MLS listings.

But we've found a little problem here; we had to make the main search page "full wide", hiding the sub-menu on the left.  So for now, to return to that sub-menu again, click on "Home Search" again, (in the horizontal menu above,) which will again open the full the sub-menu on the left.

Start with the "Custom Search" button on the left, which will open to "Advanced Searches", or as we highly recommend, hit on "Search by School", which will open to a set of pre-defined search criteria, starting with Belleville High Schools.

All of the "settings" in the search browser are as open as we can set them, consistent with our policy of total transparency.  Registration is required only for savings searches and setting up trackers, and even then, we'll respect your direction regarding communications. 

Extra support:  

         1)   We're ready to help with an analysis of the location and resale qualities of any specific home.  You can send that to us right from the search results page, or as an MLS number, or address by email.

          2)   We would be pleased to set up a "tracker" for new listings in our office.   (You could set it up yourself with a tab below, but we have a bit more information available...days on market and taxes for starters.)  Notify us with general specifications by email or phone.
